Hinet, the upstream network provider, encountered an unexpected failure during a network upgrade, resulting in a one-day service outage for the DYNAMIC STARTER product line.

 

The problem has now been fixed and the DYNAMIC STARTER product has been upgraded from 100Mbps to 200Mbps.

 

For users affected by the outage, we will compensate them later by adding to their account balance (1-2 days to your account balance at the monthly rate).

 

In addition, as the upstream internet provider is still in the process of upgrading the network, there may be some network interruptions, so please understand the inconvenience caused to you.
